Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British musician and a vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former pupil of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools, created a band named White Eskimo with three fellow students. They won the Battle of Bands in 2009 due to their impressive performance. Even though he had always had an interest in music but despite his enthusiasm in it, he also wanted to pursue a career as a lawyer and an physiotherapist. He was employed in a local bakery part-time to support his family financially. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. It was for this reason the band split up. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge that suggested Harry Styles to be part a future group called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were created in the year 2010. They performed tracks such as My Life Would Suffer Without You from Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. The group was one of the candidates for the award. However, they came in third behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles was not the winner, but Cowell was a millionaire under a contract with One Direction.
